中小桥梁技术状况评价方法研究综述

针对国内中小桥梁技术状况评价方法与美国、英国等特色鲜明的桥梁技术状况评价方法进行了对比分析。结果表明,各国在工程实践中都倾向于用一个简单、综合性的指标来反映桥梁技术状况或安全状况,也都实现了桥梁构件层面的病害检测与评估,区别在于该综合指标如何计算。其中,我国采用的是分层加权综合评定法,美国为考虑经济成本的桥梁健康指数法,英国为经验评分加权平均法。各国采用的评价方法与其进行桥梁评价的目的和评价指标的应用方式有关。

Overview on technical Condition Evaluation Methods of Small and Medium Bridges

A comparative analysis is made between the technical condition evaluation methods of small and medium bridges in Chan and the distinctive methods in the United States and Britain.The results show that a simple and comprehensive indicator is inclined to use in engineering practices of all countries in order to reflect the technical conditions or safety status of the bridges,and also the disease detection and evaluation of bridge members are realized.The difference lies in how the composite indicator is calculated.Among these methods,a layered weighted comprehensive evaluation method is sued in China,a bridge health index method is used in the United States by considering economic costs,and a weighted average method for experience scores is used in the United Kingdom.The evaluation methods adopted by the countries are related to the purpose of bridge evaluation and the application of evaluation indicators.
