| Abstract: | The problem of urban traffic congestion is reflected in urban road traffic,and its origins are affected by the natural environment,climate,history,planning and the travel habits of citizens of a city.This paper comprehensively and objectively analyzes and summarizes the reasons influencing the urban traffic congestion in Harbin,gives some thoughts to solve the problem of urban traffic congestion,and puts forward the proposals and detailed measures. |
