钢混结合段局部受力性能研究

摘    要:基于某三跨变高度钢-混凝土混合连续梁的钢混结合段的构造特点。利用Ansys有限元软件建立钢混结合段的空间实体有限元模型。其中混凝土采用solid45实体单元模拟,钢板采用shell63板单元模拟,体内预应力筋采用link8单元,体外预应力通过梁端荷载施加。钢板和体内预应力与混凝土之间均以约束方程形式连接。取钢混结合段最大弯矩工况(最不利)为研究对象,验算各构件的应力状况。研究结果表明,本工程设计的钢混结合段能够合理可靠传递荷载,构造较为合理。

Abstract:Based on the construction features of the steel-concrete combined section of a three-span variable-height steel-concrete combined continuous girder,the finite element software ANSYS is used to establish the spatial solid finite element model of steel-concrete combined section,in which the solid element of solid 45 is used to simulate the concrete part,the plate element of shell63 is used to simulate the steel plate,the element of link8 is used to simulate the internal pre-stressed tendon and the external prestress is applied by the beam-end load.The steel plate,internal prestress and concrete are connected all by constraint equation.Taking the maximum(most unfavorable)bending moment condition as the study object,the stress conditions of various components are checked and calculated.The study result shows that the steel-concrete combined section designed in this project can reasonably and reliably transfer the load,and the structure is more reasonable.
