水网密布地区城市道路网络规划研究

水网密布地区的路网除了承担城市交通功能外,还是构建滨河风情带、塑造城镇休闲空间的重要载体,因此对如何处理好水网和路网的布局关系进行研究。在分析水网地区交通特征的基础上,总结了现状水网、路网建设存在的问题,提出了水网地区路网的规划理念和目标,重点介绍了跨水交通和沿水交通的规划要点。以绍兴市镜湖新区的路网规划为实例,提出了针对水网密布地区的道路网建设模式,为依水而建的新城路网建设提供建议。

Study on Urban Road Network Planning in River-net Densely Covered Areas

The road network structure of river-net densely covered area not only undertakes the function of urban transportation,but also is an important carrier to build the riverside style belt and the town leisure space.Therefore,how to handle the relationship between the layout of river network and road network is studied.On the basis of analyzing the traffic characteristics of river-net areas,the problems existing in the coordinated development of the current waterway are summarized,the planning idea and goal of road network in the river-net area are put forward,and the planning essentials of cross-water traffic and along-water traffic are studied in detail.Taking the road network planning of Jinghu New Area in Shaoxing City as an example,the road network construction mode for the river-net densely covered areas is put forward,which provides the suggestions for the construction of the new urban road network built near to water.
