| 摘 要： | 磨削过程中,温度的变化都是在瞬时状态下发生,因此,在对磨削过程温度进行研究时,如何获取磨削区域的温度成为一个难题。本文主要利用有限元分析软件ABAQUS对磨削层的温度场分布进行了数字化模拟分析,得出不同时刻的温度分布及影响规律;并通过相关实验数据验证了仿真结果,进一步证明了ABAQUS在磨削温度场模拟中的可行性。

| Abstract: | To improve the grinding quality in grinding process,it is very important to know the temperature of grinding surface.In this study,the temperature field distribution at different moment can be get from the numerical analysis with ABAQUS(A Finite Element Analysis software).The analysis results show there is a transient local high temperature in surface during grinding process and has large temperature degrade in depth.It also can be validated by the temperature measurement result in the experiment grinding. |
