钱江隧道盾构始发井结构分析

摘    要:钱江隧道盾构始发井基坑深28.25m,平面尺寸为48.9m×25.4m,采用地下连续墙、混凝土与钢支撑组合支护方案,连续墙与结构侧墙采用叠合墙结构。文中根据围护墙、支撑、围檩支护结构体系和主体结构的受力工况特性,介绍了设计中所采取的不同的结构分析方法,以及预期的设计目标,为类似盾构始发井设计提供参考经验。

Abstract:The foundation pit for the launching shaft of the Qianjiang tunnel shield is 28.25 m in depth, and 48.9 m× 25.4 m in plane. Its supporting structures are composed of diaphragm walls, reinforced concrete girders and steel structures. The diaphragm walls and the inner walls are of the sandwich structure. Different analysis techniques in design are applied to the analysis of the loading conditions of the enclosure walls, the support elements, the walings and the main structure, which and whose expected design aims are presented in detail in the paper. The experience gained in the structural design of the shield launching shaft may facilitate the design work of other similar shafts.
