| 摘 要： | 研究目的:在地铁工程中,屏蔽门系统与多个专业存在接口,其中与土建专业的接口尤为重要。土建结构条件的预留是否到位将直接影响屏蔽门的安装。本文以上海地铁9号线工程为背景,总结在地铁工程实施过程中的经验与教训,通过对不同安装方式优缺点的比较,优化屏蔽门系统的安装设计。研究结论:土建施工预留屏蔽门安装条件,要充分考虑在土建施工前地铁车辆尺寸不能确定情况下的适应性。站台板预留通长的安装槽以及在顶部预留通长H型钢,可解决屏蔽门预留不能定位的问题。土建施工误差是客观存在的,一方面要提高土建施工精度,另一方面要采取相应的补救措施,以满足屏蔽门的安装要求。
