| Abstract: | Carrying out the project manager system and by which organizing,coordinating,managing and supervising the overall implementation process of the project,is beneficial to control the quality,guarantee the construction schedule of the project and reduce the construction cost.This paper introduces the conception of the project manager system,states in detail the selection of the project manager,the choosing of the project members and the incentive mechanism and so on. |
