摘    要:大粒径沥青混合料用作道路养护时补强层的研究正处于探索阶段.针对该材料在道路补强时位置及厚度难以确定的问题,根据旧路加铺典型结构初拟结构组合库,建立分析模型,利用ABAQUS有限元软件进行计算分析.在典型结构组合情况下,通过改变补强层厚度,计算厚度变化对受拉不利层的最大主拉应力及主要受拉方向应力的影响.根据各层受力状况的有限元计算,评价结构组合的受力合理性,调整适宜的厚度范围.通过计算确定了大粒径沥青混合料直接加铺及将旧路铣刨至基层加铺时的合理厚度.

Finite Element Analysis of Large Stone Asphalt Mixture being used as the Reinforcing Layer of Road

Abstract:The research of large stone asphalt mixture being used as the reinforcing layer of road is in the maintenance stage.Due to the thickness and position is difficult to be determined in strengthening the road,analysis model is established based on the typical structure of old road in overlay of asphalt pavement.Using finite element software ABAQUS to calculate and analyze.In typical structure combination cases,by changing the thickness of reinforcing layer,calculate the maximum principal tensile stress and the main direction of the tensile stress to observe the influence.And then evaluate the stress of the structure combination rationality according to the stress state of each layer of finite element calculation.By adjusting the thickness of appropriate range,it is confirmed with thickness and the reasonable position of the range with large size asphalt mixture as road reinforcing layer.Through the calculate,the reasonable position and thickness of large stone asphalt mixture paving and directly to old road milling planer or basic unit is determined.
