基于ADAMS的双横臂悬架优化设计

摘    要:根据某汽车双横臂前悬架硬点坐标等参数,应用ADAMS/Car建立该悬架虚拟样机模型,并对悬架系统进行车轮跳动仿真分析,模拟车轮跳动对双横臂悬架前轮定位参数的影响,得出相应参数的变化规律曲线。根据仿真试验结果和相关参数的设计要求,对该悬架的部分硬点位置及悬架特性参数进行优化,使悬架的综合性能达到最佳。结果表明,所做的优化设计有效,改善了悬架系统的运动学特性。

Optimization of Double Wishbone Suspension Based on ADAMS

Abstract:Based on given parameter values ,such as the hardpoint coordinates ,the double wishbone front suspension model was built through the ADAMS/Car software in this paper .The dynamics of simulation analysis on the model is done by means of w heel run-out ,in order to get corresponding pa-rameter variation curve ,we simulate its impact on front wheel alignment parameter .To achieve the best performance on the suspension ,the hard point location of the suspension and parameters need to be optimized according to the simulation results and the design requirements of the relevant parame-ters .The results show that the optimization was done correctly and effectively on improving the kine-matic characteristics of the suspension system .
