基于乘员伤害保护的车辆翻滚试验仿真研究

摘    要:基于SAE J2114平台翻滚试验标准,利用MADYMO软件建立了带有驾驶员约束系统的车辆翻滚试验仿真模型,分析了安全带、乘员头部空间、翻滚初始整车模型质心加速度对翻滚碰撞中乘员伤害的影响;得出系安全带能有效保护乘员减轻乘员头部伤害、避免乘员被抛出车外,较小的乘员头部空间可以减轻对乘员头部和颈部的伤害,以及相对于胸部伤害乘员头部伤害对模型抛出加速度更敏感的结论.

Abstract:Based on SAE J2114 dolly rollover test procedure,the paper a vehicle rollover simulation model is established by MADYMO software.With occupant restraint systems,the model is used to research belts,occupant head space and model's initial centroid acceleration effect on the impact of occupant injury.The results indicate that Seatbelt can effectively protect the occupants to reduce occupant injuries,to avoid occupants being thrown out of car.Small head space can reduce the occupant's head and neck hazards and relative to the chest injuries,head injuries are more sensitive to models' throw accelerated.A theoretical basis is provided in the study of effective occupant protection about car rollover crash.
