摘    要:通过对哈尔滨市4个不同交通监控设施的交叉口驾驶员闯红灯违法率的调查和对比,发现安装电子执法设施的可以分别降低绿灯末期、绿灯初期闯红灯违法率15%和30%;安装交通信号倒计时器对绿灯末期闯红灯违法率无显著影响,但会增加绿灯初期闯红灯违法率150%以上;而同时安装了电子执法与交通信号倒计时器,可以分别降低绿灯末期、绿灯初期闯红灯违法率17.6%和30.4%。建议同时安装电子执法与交通信号倒计时器以降低绿灯末期与绿灯初期的驾驶员闯红灯违法率.

Research on the Effect of Different T raffic Control Equipment on Red Light Running Act

Abstract:As the assistance of traffic regulation enforcement and the equipment of traffic information system ,electron enforcement and traffic signal countdown equipment have been wildly used in our country .To analyze the effect of electron enforcement and traffic signal countdown equipment on traf-fic violation at signalized intersection ,data comparison analysis and mathematical statistics methods are used in this paper .T he conclusion is that electron enforcement can effectively reduce 15% the red light runner act at the end of the green light signal and reduce 30% the red light runner act at the be-ginning of the green light signal .Meanwhile ,traffic signal countdown equipment can’t effectively re-duce the red light runner act at the end of the green light signal ,but it can increase 150% the red light act at the begging of the green light signal .If there are both electron enforcement and traffic signal countdown equipment ,the traffic violation rate is the lowest .So it is suggested that to install both e-lectron enforcement and traffic signal countdow n equipment in order to reduce the red light runner act .
