综合集成桅杆振动特性研究

摘    要:采用锤击法对由复合材料和钢材两种材料制造的综合集成桅杆进行了模态实验,将实验结果与有限元计算结果进行对比,二者吻合良好.并研究了板厚和骨材尺寸大小,设备重量以及桅杆外形对桅杆振动特性的影响规律.结果表明,桅杆总体首阶固有频率对板厚和骨材尺寸的变化不敏感,但受主雷达质量比和桅杆外形的影响较大.

Abstract:With the method of hammering employed,the modal experiment for integrated mast made of composite and steel materials is carried out.The experimental results coincide with the calculated results using FEM.Then,the mast's vibration characteristic and influencing factors including thickness of shell,sizes of frame,mass of equipments and shape of mast are researched.The analysis indicates that the first natural frequency is not sensitive to changes of thickness of shell and sizes of frame,but affected obviously...
