| 摘 要： | 二次补气阀是摩托车发动机排放净化的关键零部件之一,通过单向进气阀从外界吸入空气到排气管内。一方面为HC和CO自燃提供氧气;另一方面是为氧化型催化剂的高效工作补充氧气,通过调整设定单向进气阀的金属簧片厚度、簧片止口和开口区面积等参数,可控制补气量的大小。

| Abstract: | Gulp valve of engine is one of the key parts for motorcycle engine emission control.The air induced from the ambience can go into the exhaust pipe through the oneway valve.On one hand offer the oxygen for hydrocarbon and carbon monoxide spontaneous combustion,on the other hand supplement the oxygen for the oxidizing type catalyst.And the gulp capacity can be controlled by adjusting and setting the metal reed thickness,reed closing and opening areas of the one-way intake valve. |
