巨型油轮舵叶切削加工组合工装的研制

摘    要:介绍了一种用于加工巨型油轮舵叶的锥孔、安装止口及端面的组合工装传动原理及结构设计.镗锥孔刀具的切削运动和轴向进给运动采用平面差动周转轮系实现;车止口及刮端面刀具的切削运动和径向进给运动采用空间差动周转轮系实现.该工装是在一次装卡下实现三个形体的加工,因而不仅能够保证舵叶锥孔本身的加工精度,而且能够保证安装止口和锥孔之间的形位精度,从而可保证加工质量.

Abstract:In this paper, the drive principle and the structure design of a combined machine tool for processing the cone hole, the fixing mouth and the underside face of large type oil tanker rudder blade are introduced. The cutting movement and axial feed movement of the boring cone hole of rudder blade are achieved by adopting planar differential gear train, while the cutting movement and radial feed movement of the boring fixing mouth and underside face of rudder blade are achieved by adopting space differential gear train. The processing of these three shapes can be realized by using this combined machine tool in condition of once installing and blocking, so not only the processing accuracy of boring the cone hole of rudder blade but also the geometrical precision between the cone hole and the fixing mouth can be guaranteed. Then the processing quality can be guaranteed.
