捷運列車排點與節能

當今環保意識抬頭,世界各國無不提倡節能減碳之觀念。而降低私人運具,提升大眾運輸工具搭乘率,亦是積極推動的目標。列車既是大眾捷運提供服務的主要工具,同時也是變動成本中重要影響因素,如何兼顧＂系統服務水準＂與＂成本節省＂之情況下,乃為捷運營運管理重要課題之一。高雄捷運公司於2008年度進行相關列車節能測試計畫,透過號誌系統之設定以調整列車時刻表之行車預留時間（Runtime Reserve）,進而節省運行所耗損之？引電力,相對亦節省營運成本。

Now the environmental consciousness is becoming stronger and stronger,and various countries advocate the idea about energy conservation and carbon reduction.Decreasing the personal transportation and promoting the public transportation are also the positive impetus goal.The train is not only the tool for MRT to provide the service,but also an important factor among the variable costs.How to give dual attention to ＂the system service level＂ and ＂cost-down＂ in the situation,is a tough question for the MRT management.KRTC carried on the train energy conservation test plan in 2008,adjusting timetable by the signal system,and saving the traction power,and thus the transportation cost.
