| 摘 要： | 港口是运输网络中水路运输的枢纽,其发展水平已成为衡量一个国家或地区社会经济发展水平的重要标志。为了解我国沿海港口的基本情况,进一步优化自身结构和改进自身的薄弱环节建立了评价港口竞争力的指标体系,并给出了包含专家权重的模糊评价方法。应用此方法,对国内沿海具有代表性的4个港口进行综合评价。

| Abstract: | Ports are not only the waterway hubs of a multimodal transport network,but also the centers of industrial movements and comprehensive logistics.With the developing of national economy,the ports more and more become the centers of regional socio-economic activities,which is the vital sign of a significant socio-economic development of a country or region.In order to understand the basic situation of China＇s ports,and further optimize their structures and reduce their weaknesses,this paper establishes a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system that can be used to analyze the port competitiveness based on weighted expert＇s inputs.Such a port competitiveness evaluation model is developed and applied to 4 ports as a case study. |
