| 摘 要： | 阐述了合同能源管理的概念,分析了常用合同能源管理运作模式的优缺点,并分别进行改进。在此基础上,分析了公路隧道合同能源管理模式选择的影响因素,给出了公路隧道合同能源管理运作选择的建议。 |

| Abstract: | This paper explains the concept of contract energy management.It analyzes the strength and weakness of the common modes of energy management contract,and improves them respectively.On this basis,the paper analyzes the influencing factors in selecting the highway tunnel contract energy management modes.Moreover,it discusses the significance of highway tunnel contract energy management options. |
