基于基尼系数的交通公平性定量评价

摘    要:界定交通公平性,分析其影响因素和评价方式,主要考虑的因素是人均道路面积,并对小汽车和摩托车相对于公交车、自行车和步行的人均占有道路交通面积的交通公平性问题应用基尼系数的方法进行量化分析;再对单纯人均角度的交通公平性应用洛伦兹曲线评价方法进行直观展示,并以淄博市为例进行具体验证。
