真空预压用射流泵吸水试验研究

摘    要:北方港区抽真空设备中常用潜水泵功率一般为7.5 kW和5.5 kW,常用的射流喷枪主要为准50×准25(喉管直径×喷嘴直径)、准50×准22、准40×准20、准30×准20等,其中准30×准20的射流喷枪应用非常广泛。通过现场常用功率的潜水泵和常用的不同型号的射流喷枪匹配进行室内吸水试验及数据分析,认为射流喷枪面积比在3~6之间是高效区,单位时间吸水量大,形成真空负压低,单位能耗吸水量大;喷嘴直径为25 mm、22 mm,喉管直径为50mm的射流喷枪工作效率基本优于喉管直径为40 mm、30 mm的射流喷枪。准30×准20射流喷枪效率低,在真空预压施工中可能会造成资源浪费,建议不采用。

Abstract:Vacuum extractor in North Port is composed of submersible pump,jet spray and water tank.The main power of diving pump are 7.5 kW and 5.5 kW,the main model of jet spray include φ50×φ25(pipe diameter × nozzle diameter),φ50×φ22,φ40×φ20,φ30×φ20,etc,φ30×φ20 jet spray is widely used in boreal ports.A water absorption test that the field commonly used submersible pump connected to different types of commonly used jet spray were tested in laboratory and the test results were analyzed.The area ratio of jet spray between 3 to 6 is more efficiency that the water absorbed per unit time or per unit energy consumption is more plenty and the vacuum is lower in this area.The jet spray which nozzle diameter is 25 mm,22 mm,pipe diameter is 50 mm working more efficiency than the pipe diameter is 40 mm and 30 mm.The jet spray of 30×20 is not recommended to be used in vacuum preloading because of lower efficiency.
