“定机移船”卸煤码头装卸工艺设计

摘    要:在海港煤码头设计中应用"定机移船"码头工艺。根据印度尼西亚风港2×115 MW燃煤电厂卸煤码头工程设计,分析研究"定机移船"卸煤码头的合理工艺流程和最佳平面布置;推导出码头主尺度、移船阻力、移船绞车功率和码头通过能力的计算公式;并提出固定式悬链斗卸船机的选型和配备方法。实践证明,"定机移船"卸煤码头工艺是接卸以大舱口浅底驳船为主的卸煤码头的最佳设计方案。

Abstract:The handling technology of the Fixed Ship-unloader for Moving Ship is used to the design of coal unloading terminal in seaport and based on the coal terminal project of LABUHAN ANGIN 2×115 MW coal-fired power plant in Indonesia,the analysis has been conducted on the logical handling process and the first-rank general layout of the Fixed Ship-unloader for Moving Ship in the coal terminal.The formula has been worked out for calculation of the main dimensions of wharf structure,ship moving force,ship-moving winch power and the throughput of the terminal.The method of selection and configuration of fixed catenary chain bucket ship-unloader has been proposed.It has been proved that the Fixed Ship-unloader for Moving Ship is an optimal design based on unloading barge with large hatch in coal terminal.
