| 摘 要： | 为确保长江口黄金水道的安全畅通,加强航道治理工程的监管力度,丰富航道规划编制参考数据,基于AIS实时传输船舶静态、动态信息并在电子海图上显示船位的基本功能,结合航政管理、工程监管、规划统计的需求,研发了以上述三大功能为主的AIS航道管理平台,在实际应用中取得了良好效果。
