摘    要:水火弯板过程的高度复杂性,采用经典的建模方法难以获得精确的数学模型。本文将模糊逻辑和粗糙集理论相结合提出一种模糊粗糙集建模方法,给出模糊信息系统的知识获取策略,构造一种由相似匹配修正模糊关系的近似推理算法。以船用低碳钢为对象,通过有限元分析(FEA)构建水火弯板加工信息系统,运用模糊粗糙集方法来获取板材加工过程中的变形规律,最后通过模糊推理实现水火弯板表面变形的快速预报。

Abstract:It is difficult to obtain an exact mathematical model using the classical modeling methods, due to the high complexity of line-heating process. Combining the fuzzy logic and rough set theory, in this paper we propose a method of modeling based on fuzzy rough set. The approach on knowledge acquisition in fuzzy information system is presented, and an algorithm of approximate reasoning is constructed by fuzzy relation modification with similarity matching. The line-heating information system about shipbuilding mild steel is established by Finite Element Analysis (FEA) method, and then the deformation regularity of plate process is obtained using fuzzy rough set method. Finally, the rapid prediction of line-heating surface deformation can be achieved through fuzzy inference.
