大跨钢桁拱钢-混组合桥面板极限承载力试验

摘    要:为评估钢一混组合桥面板结构在公路荷栽作用下的极限承载力,对其进行极限承载力性能试验研究。根据圣维南原理,选取正负双向弯矩受力的立柱区部分桥面板作为实桥的有限元分析模型,并试验制作了2个等尺模型试件A和B,用于考察钢一混组合桥面板正负双向弯矩区的极限承载力性能。试验结果表明:模型A混凝土板被拉坏,工.字钢上下翼缘板、腹板以及纵向钢筋始终未屈服,PBL、钢底板以及横向钢筋均在破坏之前屈服,模型A的破坏荷载为1750kN;模型B混凝土板被压坏,PBL在破坏之前屈服,模型B的破坏荷载为2200kN。研究结果可为钢一混组合桥面板极限承栽能力设计计算提供参考。

Abstract:To assess the ultimate bearing capacity of the steel-concrete composite deck slab subject to highway load,ultimate bearing capacity tests were carried out.According to Saint Venant Principle,by taking the part steel-concrete deck slab in column area with positive and negative bending moments as finite element models of the actual bridge,the study focused on the ultimate bearing capacity of the steel-concrete deck slab in column area with positive and negative bending moments for 2 composite deck slab specimens(model A and model B).The results show that tensile failure has occurred in the concrete slab of model A.The upper and lower flange plates of I beam,web plate and longitudinal reinforcement have not yielded under ultimate load,but steel bottom plate,PBL and lateral reinforcement have yielded before failure.The failure load of model A is 1 750 kN.As for model B,concrete slab has compression failure,PBL has yielded before failure,and the failure load of model B is 2 200 kN.Research results provide reference for design calculation of the ultimate bearing capacity of steel-concrete composite deck slab.
