基于DDS的正弦信号发生电路设计

摘    要:针对某检测设备的信号源需要,以Micro Linear公司的单片正弦信号发生芯片ML2035为核心,利用计数器与逻辑门电路完成了一种简易正弦信号发生电路的设计。采用四变量卡洛图方法完成了电路的逻辑设计,使用74HC4002、74HC4060和外围元件完成控制字电路的具体实现。结论表明使用ML2035和简单逻辑电路构成的特定频率正弦信号发生电路具有简单可靠的特点,设计方法对于特定场合的应用具有借鉴意义。

Abstract:Aimed at the demand of signal source for some equipment,the ML2035 made by Micro Linear Corporation was used to design a simple sine signal generator with some counter and logical gate circuit.Karnaugh diagram is applied in the logical function transformation of the control circuit,physical circuit was make of counter 74HC4060 and nor gate 74HC4002.The conclusion can be made that the sine signal generation circuit made by ML2035 and simple logical gate circuit shows simple and reliable,and the design methods can be useful to the special application field of sine signal source.
