水面舰艇平台防空作战能力指标体系与评估

摘    要:平台中心战是网络中心战的基础,舰艇单平台防空是舰艇编队防空的基础。依据水面舰艇平台防空作战流程,按功能将各个系统划分为传感器节点、决策节点、响应节点以及任务目标节点,同时构建了水面舰艇单平台防空作战能力指标体系,针对评估指标的定性定量特性,引入云重心评估法对水面舰艇单平台防空作战能力进行了评估。结果表明,该模型计算简便、通用性强,为解决军事领域类似问题提供了参考。

Abstract:Network-centric warfare is based on platform-centric warfare.The ship formation air defense combat capabality is based on single ship air defense combat capability.Based on the air defense combat process of surface ship platform,the system is divided into sensor node,decision-making node,response node and mission target node for similar function.At the same time,the index system of surface ship platform air defense combat capability is built.Considering the qualification and quantification features of evaluation index,the cloud barycenter theory is introduced to evaluate the surface ship platform air defense combat capability.The conclusion shows that the model is counted in brief and all-purpose,which provides new probe and method to resolve similar problems in military field.
