| Abstract: | On the basis of the random error(E) and the system error(M) definitions,a question is put forward when calculating the capture probability of the anti-ship missile in the traditional literature.A new error means is used to analyze the influence on the over-the-horizon anti-ship missiles’ useful outer target indication time while E and M change. |
