| Abstract: | It is found out that the after-sales system is incomplete, and cooperation of corporates as nodes in the supply chain is bad after delving into the phenomenon that the after-sales doesn＇t serve in time. A solution to build customer-based after-sales system and integrate supply chain of after-sales is presented. |
