摘    要:用于铁路车辆热轴探测的红外探测器,无论是热型红外探测器,还是光子型红外探测器,都是属于温度敏感器件,因而能有效探测热轴。但是这类器件的灵敏度会随环境温度而变,这给热轴判别和定理检测工作造成很大麻烦,本文介绍采用环境温度实时采样跟踪,数字化电位器自动增益调整和单片微机智能化技术成功地实现了在环境温度变化时光子探测器灵敏度基本恒定,整个系统都内藏于探测器小盒内,使用方便,有利于高速车辆的热轴探测。

Abstract:Infrared hotbox detectores are temperature sensi tive elements and can detect hot boxes thereby, regardless thermal infrared type or photon type. But the sensitivity of these elements will vary with the enviro nment temperature, which causes problem for the hobox identification and quantif ied detection. This paper introduces a photon detector that can sample the envir onment temperature in real time,equipped with digital potentiometer autom atic gain adjustment device and single-chip microcomputer technology. Its sensi tivity keeps basically constant in a changing temperature environment. The whole system is built in the detector box, easy to use and convenient for high speed hotbox detection.
