| 摘 要： | 用重庆市 1978 1998年相关统计数据 ,结合中国大陆在同一时期的制度演进背景 ,分析了经济发展与运输发展的关系 ,提出了一个运输结构演化的制度解释 ,并揭示其与可持续发展原则的矛盾 .
