| 摘 要： | 2004年对全路油品供应系统来说是非同寻常的一年.由于世界经济向好,石油需求大幅增长.根据国际能源署统计,2004年石油的日需求量达到8 240万桶,比2003年增长3.3%左右,为1976年以来的最高增长水平.再加上地缘政治持续动荡、投机基金炒作、美元贬值、OPEC产能接近极限等因素的影响,国际油价一路飙升,持续时间之长、上升幅度之大,史上罕见.2004年布伦特原油平均每桶38.22美元,比2003年上涨了9.38美元,涨幅达到33%.柴油价格更是"推土机式"上涨,2004年新加坡、鹿特丹、纽约三地加权价每桶达到47.94美元,比2003年上涨了13.34美元,涨幅达到39%.
