新型道路稳定层固结剂试验研究

摘    要:将磷渣和炉渣掺入水泥熟料中并添加一定掺量的核心元素配制新型道路稳定层固结剂HEC6。研究结果表明:当各组分比例适当时,通过核心元素的有效作用,在熟料掺量35%时可以配制出高效道路稳定层固结剂,其初凝时间较长,28d抗折和抗压强度分别可达7.1MPa和38.8MPa,同时降低了工程成本。

Abstract:Phosphoric slag and slag are mixed in cement clinker and added by core element with a certain additive volume for disposing consolidation agent HEC-6 of stabilized course of new type roads. The result of study shows when every component proportion is suitable, the effective role through core element could be disposed high effective consolidation agent of stabilized course of roads, when the additive volume of clinker is 35%. The initial setting time is longer, 28d anti-flex and the strength of compression could reach 7.1Mpa and 38.8Mpa, respectively. At the same time, is could also reduce the project cost.
