| Abstract: | The paper discusses the entire process of YIZHU ERP implemented in a typical auto fittings enterprise and all points are based on the enterprises promoting the ERP.The process includes how to choose the products' shape,the implementation plan design,education training,the operation flow confirmation,the system trial running and the final system running.At the same time,the paper points out the problems that should be noticed in the actual running phase of ERP and the processes of how to deal with them. |
