| 摘 要： | 本文尝试以SMART为原则,系统分析了影响高管人员绩效的因素,选取若干与高管人员绩效密切相关的KPI指标,并为各指标设置权重,形成易于操作的指标体系,使不同企业的高管人员的绩效比较成为可能。
