基于有限元方法的翼开式厢体结构分析及改进

摘    要:为了改进翼开式9.8m厢体结构所存在的较大变形、弯曲及褶皱等缺陷,通过CATIA软件建立了实体模型,并用HyperWorks软件建立了厢体有限元模型,对厢体进行了结构强度计算,验证了现结构存在强度问题,并提出了结构改进方案。

Abstract:Taking the 9.8 m vehicle body of special vehicle as the major object, in order to improve the phenomenon of plastic deformation, curve, wrinkle in the process of using, physical model about it was set up by CATIA, FE model also was established. Then structural strength of 9.8 m vehicle body was calculated, and the subsistent problem of structural strength was illustratedt. And the improvement project for the 9.8 m vehicle body was researched.
