高等职业院校“双师型”教师队伍考核评价问题研究

随着我国职业教育的不断改革和发展,对高等职业教育教师提出了更高的要求,高等职业院校培养的是面向生产、建设、管理、服务行业等一线的高端技能型人才,而教师是培养人才的领路人。本文结合国外高等职业教育教师队伍的考评现状,针对目前国内高等职业院校"双师型"教师队伍考核评价中存在的问题,提出在建立"双师型"教师考核评价体系中,坚持客观性原则;发展性原则;多元性原则;实用性原则等对策建议

The Research on the Problem of the Assessment and Evaluation of the Teaching Staff with the Double-Teaching Division Type in the Higher Vocational College

With the revolution and development of our country＇s vocational education,the higher demand is put forward on the teachers dealing with higher vocational education.The people the higher vocational college brings up are the first-line high-end talents in the industries of production,construction,management and service etc.However,the teacher is the guide who brings up the talents.Combining with the present situation of the assessment and evaluation of the teaching staff in the foreign countries＇ higher vocational education,and aiming at the problem of the assessment and evaluation of the teaching staff with the double-teaching division type in our countries＇ higher vocational college,the article offers a proposal that our country should persist in objective principle;developmental principle;diversified principle and practical principle etc.
