Abstract:The phenol aldehyde resin has been widely used in various industry areas because of its high mechanical strength,heat resistance,and abrasion resistance and flame retardant.But its low elongation,brittleness and the toxicity of reaction residues formaldehyde restricted the application of the phenol aldehyde resin in modern industry.In this paper,we have introduced aramid fiber,lignin fiber and inorganic particles of inorganic nanometer copper into the phenol aldehyde resin to prepare novel phenol aldehyde resin composite.The properties of the obtained composite were investigated by mechanical property tests,FTIR analysis,friction coefficient measurement and SEM observation.The results showed that the mechanical and friction properties had been significantly improved through the method of blending the PA66 long fiber,lignin short fiber,inorganic particles of dolomite and phenol aldehyde resin.
