HGM高强无收缩灌浆材料的研制与应用

摘    要:针对支座安装过程中使用环氧树脂砂浆具有对环境污染大、清除困难等缺点,介绍了杭州湾跨海大桥50m箱梁支座安装过程中采用高强无收缩灌浆新材料替换环氧树脂砂浆的措施和技术,取得较好的应用效果和经济效益,可供同类工程借鉴。

Abstract:Aiming at overcoming the disadvantages of environmental pollution and difficulty in cleaning out of the pedestals fixed with epoxy mortar, this paper puts forward some measures for fixing pedestals of the 50-meter-long beams of the Hangzhou Bay Bridge with new material to substitute the epoxy mortar. It may act as a useful reference for the further study and development of similar pedestal-fixing methods.
