摘    要:介绍发动机冷却系统控制策略,描述调速电阻式冷却系统控制线路及冷却风扇串并联调速式控制线路,讲述两种控制线路专用件设计事例,分析两种控制线路的优缺点。两种控制线路样件试装验证均达到技术要求,并在不同车型上批量应用。

Design of Control Circuit for Cooling System on Passenger Car

Abstract:The control strategy for engine cooling system is introduced here. The fan speed control circuit in resistance type and that in series and parallel connection are described. The design examples for the two kinds of control circuit are offered and their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed. The test and validation of the samples indicate the two kinds of control circuit have reached the technical requirements, which can be applied in bulk in different car models.
