子午线轮胎驻波临界速度仿真及试验研究

摘    要:利用ABAQUS有限元分析软件对195/60R15型子午线轮胎进行驻波临界速度数值模拟,确定轮胎驻波临界速度的表征方法,并利用高速摄像机测试系统进行试验验证,试验结果与仿真结果吻合良好,得出提高轮胎胎压和减小轮胎负荷可有效提高轮胎驻波发生的临界速度结论。

Abstract:A numerical simulation of standing wave border speed about 195/60R15 radial tire is made by ABAQUS finite element analysis software in order to determine the characterization methods. An experimental verification is provided by use of a high-speed camera test system, which results are in good agreement with the simulation results. The conclusion shows that it can improve the pressure of tire and reduce the load of tire to obtain the standing wave border speed of radial tire.
