| 摘 要： | 文章在概述公路建设项目后评价的过程评价基本原理的基础上,针对高速公路建设项目的特点,以沪宁高速公路江苏段为例,从五个方面对高速公路建设项目过程进行了评价分析,并提出相关建议.

| Abstract: | Based on the summary of the basic principle the characteristics of the evaluation of finishing expressway construction projects,the article takes Jiangsu section of Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway as an example and discusses five aspects of the contents of the evaluation.The five aspects include prophase work,project implementation,investment executive,expressway operation,management and related service facility.Suggestions are given,which may have certain reference values for the perfection of the theory and method about the evaluation of finishing expressway construction projects. |
