Suppliers Estimation and Selection Method of Automotive Manufacture Industry Based on Classified Management

Because automotive industry has enormous and various parts and components, and shows great differences among them, the idea of classified management and specific classified target are offered in this paper based on the functions of parts and components in the complete vehicle. The suppliers estimation and selection model of automotive manufacture industry is established according to the classified management. The paper focuses on the estimation and selection strategy of the first-class auto parts and components and makes comparison for the various of estimation methods, meanwhile offering the relative basis for the estimation and selection of auto parts and components suppliers.
