基于直道足尺车辙试验的沥青路面重载轴载换算方法研究

摘    要:车辙现已成为沥青路面一个严重问题,车辙也将发展成为沥青路面设计指标之一,故需建立起与其相对应的轴载换算公式。通过对3种典型的沥青路面结构进行直线式加速加载足尺试验,对不同重载作用下路面车辙随荷载作用次数的变化关系进行分析,得到了车辙预估方程,进而用等形变法建立了基于路面车辙等效的重载轴载换算公式。实验证明,利用该这个公式,再通过车辙预估方程计算的车辙与直道实测车辙数据拟合情况较好。

Abstract:At present,rutting has been one of the serious problems in asphalt pavement.It will become one of the design indexes in asphalt pavement design specification in near future.Therefore the axle load conversion expression corresponding to rut needs to be established.The paper analyses the relation between rut depth under heavy-load and the cumulative number of the load application by means of full scale test on the Linear Accelerated Loading Facilities of three kinds of typical asphalt pavement structures,and the estimation model of rutting is established.Furthermore,the equation of axle load conversion under heavy-load is formed with the deformation equivalent method.And the results from rutting predict-equation with the the equation of axle load conversion under heavy-load fit the testing results well.
