喷水推进液压系统用恒压力/流量控制斜盘柱塞泵的建模与动态特性仿真

摘    要:在分析喷水推进装置操舵和倒航操作原理与要求的基础上,建立了A10VO-DFR型的恒压力/流量控制斜盘式变量柱塞泵的数学模型,并基于Matlab软件的Simulink模块,搭建了该泵仿真模型,重点研究了在变转速工况、变负载工况、变节流阀阀口工况下泵的输出流量的变化关系,所获得的结论对改进喷水推进装置液压系统的性能提供了理论依据。

Abstract:Based on the principle and requirement of waterjet steering and navigation,the mathematical model of A10VO-DFR axial piston variable pump with constant pressure/flow control is established,as well as the pump simulation model based on Simulink module of Matlab.The study focuses on the correlation between the change of pump output flow and variable rotation speed,load and stop-valve port.The conclusion provides theoretical basis for the performance improvement of the waterjet hydraulic system.
