新型聚合物泥浆在钻孔桩施工中的应用

以大西铁路客运专线渭洛河特大桥工程为依托，研究了聚合物泥浆在钻孔灌注桩施工中的应用，包括泥浆的制备、钻机成孔、吊放钢筋笼、清孔、灌注混凝土等。证实聚合物泥浆可以加强钻孔作业中孔壁强度，防止地下水渗透，降低钻头、钻杆的磨损，加快沉淀凝聚速度，避免钻孔施工中出现埋钻、埋杆、孔壁塌方等事故，是节约施工成本提高钻进速度而研发的新型高科技产品。工程实践表明，采用聚合物泥浆方法护壁钻孔，可获得满意的施工质量和使用效果。

Application of New Polymer Mud in Construction of Bored Piles

Depending on the engineering of the grand bridge over Weiluo River on the Datong-Xian PDL,this paper studied the application of polymer mud in construction of cast-in-place bored piles, involving preparation of mud, holing by drill, steel reinforcement cage lifting, hole cleaning, concrete casting etc.,and then proved that the polymer mud may increase the wall strength in drilling work, prevent seepage of groundwater, reduce the abrasion of drilling bit and rod, accelerate the deposition and coagulation speed, and avoid accidents in drilling construction, such as drill burying, rod burying, or wall collapse. It is a high-tech product developed to reduce the construction cost and improve the drilling speed. The engineering practice shows that polymer mud used in wall protection and drilling may get satisfactory construction quality and application effect.
