摘    要:针对铁路隧道BIM技术施工应用现状,为深入研究铁路隧道在施工进度、安全、质量等方面的BIM应用,以大瑞铁路高黎贡山隧道为例,综合运用BIM、物联网等技术手段,研发项目BIM施工管理平台。基于此平台深入开展进度动态管控、多维算量、风险管控、质量监控等BIM应用研究。结果表明: 1)进度管理及工程量多算对比的BIM应用实现了隧道进度信息的查看、分析及预警,解决了传统算量不精准的难题; 2)风险管控BIM应用形象生动展示了隧道围岩稳定状态、不良地质风险点及特征、隧道内人员数量及分布情况,确保了人员安全,降低了隧道施工风险; 3)采用BIM+三维激光扫描、TBM掘进参数控制等方法,在隧道施工过程中控制施工质量,并标识问题标签,最后形成高黎贡山隧道安全质量问题库,实现了安全质量问题可追溯。

Abstract:In order to further study the BIM application in railway tunnel in terms of construction schedule, safety and quality, a BIM construction management platform is developed by BIM, EPC system network and other technical means for Gaoligongshan Tunnel on Dali Ruili Railway, and based on which the BIM application researches including progress dynamic control, multi dimensional calculation, risk management and quality monitoring are carried out. The results show that: (1) The BIM application in terms of schedule management and multi calculation comparison of quantities realizes the viewing, analysis and early warning of tunnel schedule information, and solves the problem of inaccurate traditional calculation. (2) The application of BIM risk management vividly shows the state of surrounding rock, adverse geological risk points and features, the number and distribution of personnel in the tunnel, which can ensure the personnel safety and reduce risk during tunnel construction. (3) The BIM+3D laser scanning, TBM tunneling parameter control and other methods are used to control quality during tunnel construction, and the problem labels are identified and finally the database with safety and quality problems of Gaoligongshan Tunnel is formed to realize the traceability of safety and quality problems.
