大直径盾构泥水分离处理技术研究与应用

摘    要:为解决细颗粒地层对大直径盾构施工泥水处理的影响,以京沈客运专线13标望京隧道工程为研究背景,重点介绍离心机和压滤机的工作原理、设备参数、处理效果以及处理能力与影响因素。结合北京地区地质情况(砂层、黏土),通过研究泥水分离处理技术在不同地层、泥浆密度以及不同外加剂条件下的泥水处理效果。结果表明: 选择合适的设备配置、运行参数及外加剂参量,可以有效处理泥水中20 μm以下细颗粒,控制泥浆指标,实现泥浆循环利用,达到“零排放、零污染”的目标。

Abstract:To study the influence of fine particle formation on the treatment of slurry and water for large diameter shield tunneling, the working principle, equipment parameters, treatment effect, treatment capacity and influencing factors of centrifuge and pressure filter are introduced by taking Wangjing tunnel of Beijing Shenyang passenger dedicated line. Moreover, the slurry treatment effect of slurry water separation technology under different slurry proportions and admixtures in different strata is studied based on geological conditions (sand, clay) in Beijing. The results show that by choosing appropriate parameters, equipment configuration, operating parameters and admixtures, the fine particles with diameter smaller than 20μm can be effectively processed, the slurry index can be controlled, and slurry cyclic utilization, "zero emission and zero pollution" can be achieved.
