| 摘 要： | 快速公交系统在兰州有很强的适应性，就兰州市快速公交融资方案，提出了财政收入、金融机构借款、证券市场融资、BOT融资、TOT融资、民间融资等6种可行性方案，并构建了财务效益、国民经济效益、风险程度3个评价指标的评价体系。然后对于所选定的6个方案，运用层次分析法和多目标模糊综合评价法建立数学模型，进行计算和分析，从而找出最佳的融资方案。 |

| Abstract: | Bus rapid transit system in Lanzhou have strong adaptability.About Lanzhou city bus rapid finance,it offers six programs,as raised revenue,raise loans from financial institutions,securities markets financing,BOT and TOT financing,civil financing feasibility.Build three evaluation index systems: financial benefit,national economy benefit and risk assessment.Then the selected six programs,using AHP and fuzzy multi objective evaluation of a comprehensive mathematical model for calculation and analysis,and to find the best financing plan. |
