| Abstract: | The development history of speed increase technology of railway freight cars in our country is reviewed briefly.The background to bring forward the 120 km/h speed increase reform project and the determination principles of the technology scheme are mainly described.The production and quality control as well as corresponding counter measures during the operation of the project are analyzed as focal points. |
