| Abstract: | The localization of the door and waterproof cloth make the sealing problems of FU KANG CAR even worse. The door waterproof seal principle and failure modes of the FU KANG CAR are presented. The relevant improvement measures have been taken in accordance with reasons of water entrance. As result, the problem of water entering into the door has been got control and the failure rate reduced. |
